Subject: Documenting the Terrorism and Genocide that is Sustained by Christian Zionism and its Persian Gulf Protectorates against the Indigenous Tribes of the Holy Land
Update (April 4, 2026): This report has been updated to expand Part Two with additional documented attacks.
Preamble
March 15, 2026. On this day, Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Hasanat, fifteen years old and a son of the Abimelech tribe, was murdered in Gaza while taking refuge in Sawarha, west of the Nuseirat Refugee Camp, in central Gaza, when the Nazi-Zionist criminal forces of "Israel" deliberately targeted him along with an entire civilian family in a cowardly, cold-blooded terrorist airstrike.
Ibrahim, may God grant him the highest station in paradise, is documented among 129 recorded martyrs of the indigenous Bedouin tribal confederation known as ʿAshīrat Ḥasanāt Abū Muʿailiq, as registered in the official casualty registry maintained by the Tribe of Abimelech Platform. Our tribal confederation is targeted for genocide under what its Zionist perpetrators openly call a biblical mandate, sustained by the genocidal ideology of Christian Zionism, and made materially possible through weapons, funding, and diplomatic cover provided by the United Kingdom and its former Persian Gulf protectorates, the United States and its corporations, Germany and its corporations, France and its corporations, and the full array of Christian-majority NATO states. By 2026, the United Nations Security Council itself is an instrument of genocide concealment. It has watched more than 21,000 indigenous children of Palestine be murdered and has taken no action to stop it, because the United States of America, the principal arming state of the murderers, holds a veto.
This report, in memory of Ibrahim, presents the evidence of genocide against the people of Palestine, with particular focus on the systematic destruction of the indigenous Abimelech tribe, within the binding legal frameworks of the Rome Statute, the Genocide Convention, the Geneva Conventions, and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. It draws upon our tribal casualty registry, the proceedings and orders of the International Court of Justice, the arrest warrants of the International Criminal Court, the documentation of United Nations agencies, independent demographic research published in peer-reviewed journals including The Lancet, and the field reporting of international humanitarian organizations.

PART ONE: THE TRIBE
I. The Indigenous Abimelech Tribe and Its Place in the Holy Land
The Abimelech tribe is indigenous to southern Palestine. Its presence in the Holy Land predates every government and every border that has ever existed. - Bajis Hasanat Abu Mu'aliq
The indigenous "Palestinian Bedouins" of the Gerar Basin, once ruled by their own kings, are among the earliest recorded tribes of southern ancient Canaan, known historically and biblically as Palestine, and today as the Naqab. Their presence in the Gerar Basin, also called Nahal Gerar or the Valley of Gerar, is documented in the patriarchal narratives of Genesis and positions them in Palestine thousands of years before the Hebrew Bible emerged. The territory of the Abimelech tribe, which borders modern Gaza from the West and the Hebron Hills to the North, expanded after the Crusader states were defeated, as the tribe was able to recover from the genocide inflicted upon them in the Naqab and Gaza during that time, and expanded further during the Ottoman period to encircle the Old City of Jerusalem from all sides except the south. Southern Palestine later became identified in biblical geography as part of the Negev of the Cherethites, a designation reflecting the Naqab's long history as the homeland of Palestinians living along the southern frontier, some of whom eventually migrated to the island of Crete and became known as the Sea Peoples.
Under Article 1 of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, indigenous peoples "have the right to the full enjoyment, as a collective or as individuals, of all human rights and fundamental freedoms as recognized in the Charter of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international human rights law." Article 7 explicitly provides that indigenous peoples "have the collective right to live in freedom, peace and security as distinct peoples and shall not be subjected to any act of genocide or any other act of violence." The systematic targeting of the Abimelech tribe by the Nazi-Zionist "Israeli" state constitutes a direct and ongoing violation of these protections.
Ibrahim's murder is one documented instance within the systematic and ongoing Palestinian Genocide, a genocide in which the criminal state of "Israel" stands formally accused before the International Court of Justice of systematic rape, enforced sterilization, engineered famine, and the deliberate targeting of children as constitutive acts of the destruction of the people of Palestine.
II. The Documented Destruction of the Abimelech Tribe
As of March 2026, the Tribe of Abimelech Platform has documented 129 martyrs among the indigenous tribal confederation of Abimelech. The pattern of kin-clustered murders demonstrates community-level destruction consistent with the legal definition of group destruction under international law.
The demographic profile of our murdered reveals the deliberate nature of the assault on our biological and cultural survival. Seven infants and toddlers aged zero to two, representing 5.5 percent of the murdered, were murdered before they could walk. Twenty-one children aged three to twelve, constituting 16.4 percent, were murdered in their childhood. Fourteen teenagers aged thirteen to seventeen, constituting 10.9 percent, including Ibrahim himself, were murdered on the threshold of adulthood. These forty-two murdered minors, representing 32.8 percent of our documented tribal dead, constitute the tribe's entire immediate future, its students, its apprentices, the generation designated to carry forward the tribal name, the ancestral language, and the customary law of our people. Their murder is intentional, and constitutes the explicit goal of genocide, which is to destroy a people by eliminating their existence.
Thirty-six young adults aged eighteen to twenty-nine, constituting 28.1 percent of the murdered, and forty-two adults aged thirty to fifty-nine, constituting 32.8 percent, together account for 60.9 percent of murders across the working-age cohort of our tribe. These are the fathers and mothers, the farmers and builders, the breadwinners and guardians upon whom the entire social architecture of the tribe rests. Their murder triggers a foreseeable and irreversible collapse in household income, guardianship capacity, and access to education for every surviving dependent child. Five elders aged sixty and above, representing 3.9 percent, complete our documented dead. The Ḥasanāt Abū Muʿailiq tribal confederation has been simultaneously robbed of its future generational capacity, its present working population, and the living custodians of its ancestral knowledge, customary law, and collective memory.
The deliberate murder of our infants, our working-age parents, and our elders constitutes the premeditated engineering of demographic catastrophe against an ancient indigenous community of the Holy Land, carried out by a criminal state. - Bajis Hasanat Abu Mu'aliq
Under Article 6 of the Rome Statute, the documented destruction of the Abimelech tribe constitutes killing members of the group under Article 6(a), causing serious bodily or mental harm under Article 6(b), deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction under Article 6(c), imposing measures intended to prevent births under Article 6(d) through the murder of a pregnant woman carrying twins and the targeting of reproductive-age adults, and forcibly transferring children under Article 6(e) through the displacement and separation of families. The International Court of Justice, in its January 26, 2024 Order in South Africa v. Israel, recognized Palestinians as a "distinct national, ethnical, racial or religious group" entitled to protection under Article II of the Genocide Convention, thereby establishing the foundational legal element that the group targeted for destruction is a protected group under international law.
PART TWO: GENOCIDE - DOCUMENTED ATTACKS, JANUARY–MARCH 2026
On March 22nd, 2026, the Nazi-Zionist forces subjected a one-year-old child to abuse and torture to pressure his father into giving confessions in al-Maghazi refugee camp in Central Gaza. Osama Abu Nassar, while taking his child to buy supplies, was forced by the criminal soldiers to leave his 18-month-old son on the ground and approach their checkpoint, where he was stripped of his clothes. According to witnesses, the army then took the child and interrogated the father at the checkpoint. The forces tortured the child in front of his father, including burning his leg with cigarettes, pricking, and inserting a metal nail into his leg, as confirmed by a medical report. The child, Karim, was released after 10 hours and handed over to his family through the International Red Cross, while the father remains in detention.
III. The Palestinian Genocide in the Occupied West Bank and Gaza
What follows is the documented, chronological record of the genocide being carried out against the indigenous tribes of the Holy Land from January through March 2026. The purpose of this section is to demonstrate to any court, any government, and any person of conscience that this is not a series of isolated incidents. It is a daily, systematic, state-organized campaign of genocide against an indigenous population. In twenty years of documented data from 2005 to 2025, 93.6 percent of all Nazi-Zionist police investigations into the mostly white illegal immigrant settler terrorism against indigenous Palestinians ended without indictments. Only three percent of investigations led to convictions, with predominantly lenient sentences. For all murders perpetrated by the criminal occupier forces against Palestinians recorded by OHCHR since 2017, there has been only a single conviction, in 2020, resulting in a sentence of "three months of military service" and "three months of suspended prison time." This total impunity is the structural foundation of the genocide.
The Scale of the Genocide
The aggregate data confirms the systematic, industrial scale of the genocide across both territories. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs has documented an unprecedented escalation of state-sanctioned settler terrorism in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of 2026. In March 2026 alone, OHCHR recorded at least 150 settler terrorist assaults resulting in martyrs or property destruction across ninety indigenous communities, more than six terrorist attacks per day. Settler assaults have wounded 54 percent more Palestinians than in the same period in 2025, and ethnic cleansing has increased fourfold. Six indigenous Palestinians were executed by settler proxies in March alone, bringing the total to eight settler killings in the first three months of 2026, compared with at least seven in the entirety of 2025. At least fifteen Palestinians were murdered by "Israeli" security forces in the West Bank in March, including one woman and four children. In a single week, OCHA recorded 37 separate settler terrorist assaults averaging seven injuries per day since February 28. At least 26 Palestinians have been slaughtered in the West Bank since the beginning of the year, eight of them executed directly by colonists.
Since October 7, 2023, at least 1,078 indigenous Palestinians have been murdered in the occupied West Bank, including 233 children, nearly one in every five victims was a child. Since January 1, 2026, a total of 1,697 Palestinians have been violently expelled from thirty-three communities through settler terrorism and state-sanctioned military terror, a figure that has already surpassed the 1,658 displaced in the entirety of 2025. Thirteen indigenous communities were partially or completely eradicated in March alone, predominantly in the northern Jordan Valley. Sixty-eight percent of all ethnic cleansing has been concentrated in the Jordan Valley, the ancestral heartland of indigenous Bedouin tribes. Since January 2023, thirty-eight communities have been completely emptied. Across 107 communities, 1,037 households comprising more than 5,600 people have been violently eradicated from their ancestral land.
In Gaza, at least eighty-five Palestinians were executed in "Israeli" terrorist assaults during March 2026, bringing the cumulative total slaughtered since the October 2025 "ceasefire" illusion to at least 713. The majority of aerial massacres struck residential buildings, tents and shelters of internally displaced indigenous persons, and public gatherings. Throughout March, the criminal "Israeli" military continued the systematic detonation of remaining residential buildings, particularly in eastern Khan Younis, northern Rafah, eastern Gaza City, and Beit Lahiya. As of October 2025, eighty-one percent of all structures in Gaza had already been destroyed or damaged. The continued demolition of the remaining infrastructure constitutes the completion of the total physical annihilation of an indigenous territory. Of 132 planned humanitarian aid movements coordinated with "Israeli" authorities in March, only sixty were facilitated. Sixteen were denied outright. Twenty-eight were initially approved but then physically blockaded on the ground by military forces. The deliberate obstruction of coordinated humanitarian access is a documented instrument of state-engineered famine.
3.1 Early January Executions in Khan Younis (January 4, 2026)
On January 4, 2026, the year began with continued state-sanctioned murder and extermination of life. The criminal "Israeli" state executed three Palestinians in the southern city of Khan Younis, demonstrating that the genocidal campaign against the indigenous population would continue unabated into the new year.
3.2 The Water War at Ein Samiya (January 6 – February 15, 2026)
Throughout January and February 2026, Nazi-Zionist settler proxies prosecuted a systematic terrorist campaign to destroy the water infrastructure at Ein Samiya springs, which provide water to over 100,000 Palestinians across more than 20 indigenous villages in the Ramallah district. On January 6, settler terrorists severed the main water pipe and diverted the supply directly to an illegal settlement outpost, violently stealing Palestinian water in broad daylight. On January 14, water cables were cut, shutting off supply to over 20 villages. On January 25, the infrastructure was attacked for the third time within a single month. On January 26, repair workers attempting to restore the water supply were brutally assaulted by an armed settler. On January 27, the supply was cut again, leaving 100,000 people without water for three days. On February 7, dozens of settler terrorists raided the springs, cut security fences, and violently assaulted a maintenance worker. On February 15, masked armed colonists pepper-sprayed five water workers, after which three wells ceased to function. The systematic destruction of water infrastructure serving 100,000 indigenous civilians constitutes a documented strategy of genocide: making life on ancestral land physically impossible to force the eradication of an indigenous population. This is the legal definition of forcible transfer and constitutes a crime against humanity under Article 7(1)(d) of the Rome Statute.
3.3 The Al-Mawasi Tent and Al-Maghazi Massacres (January 8, 2026)
On January 8, 2026, criminal "Israeli" forces escalated their terrorist campaign against forcibly displaced indigenous Palestinians seeking refuge. In Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis—an area the Nazi-Zionist military falsely designated as a "safe zone"—a drone execution targeted a fragile tent belonging to the indigenous Al-Farra family, murdering four children. On the same day, a state-sanctioned aerial massacre destroyed a house sheltering displaced persons in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City, murdering four more Palestinians. Later that evening, the sustained terrorist bombardment of the Al-Maghazi Refugee Camp in central Gaza caused the collapse of a three-story residential building, killing two. In a single day, 14 Palestinians were slaughtered and 17 injured across multiple executions on tents and civilian shelters, proving the absolute lack of sanctuary anywhere in the occupied territory.
3.4 The Destruction of Ras Ein al-'Auja (January 8–26, 2026)
The indigenous Bedouin community of Ras Ein al-'Auja, located in the Jordan Valley near Jericho, was home to approximately 600 Palestinian Bedouins who had farmed and herded this land for generations. Between 2017 and 2023, the community experienced only two settler assaults in total. In April 2024, four illegal settlement outposts were established on the surrounding hills with the full authorization of the criminal "Israeli" state. From that point, the pogrom campaign began in earnest: 36 documented terrorist assaults in 2024 and 38 in 2025. Settler colonists severed the community's water pipes, blocked every access road, emptied water storage tanks, stole livestock, and drove through the land by night destroying everything they could reach. The methodology replicates the exact pattern of the 1948 Palestinian Genocide, the Nakba, with the same operational goal: to make life on ancestral land physically unbearable until the indigenous population is eradicated. The ethnic cleansing proceeded in three documented stages. On January 8, 2026, settler terrorists assaulted an elderly man, severed solar panel cables, and ploughed over cultivated agricultural land, forcing 21 families, approximately 110 people, to flee. On January 19, another 77 households, 375 people including 186 children and 91 women, began dismantling the shelters they had built with their own hands and departing. On January 26, the remaining approximately 100 residents were violently driven out. The entire indigenous Bedouin community, 600 people across 98 households, was completely erased from its ancestral land through a systematic campaign of terrorist assaults carried out with the documented operational support of the criminal "Israeli" military, whose soldiers escorted the settler terrorists and detained Palestinians who attempted to resist. By the end of January 2026, OCHA reported that 694 Palestinians had been ethnically cleansed across nine communities since the beginning of the year, with Ras Ein al-'Auja alone accounting for 600 of that total. On January 28, the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights stated that the forcible transfer of Palestinians within the occupied West Bank constitutes a war crime and may amount to a crime against humanity. We note that "may amount" is the cowardly language of institutions that are themselves complicit through inaction. This is a crime against humanity. The evidence is overwhelming.
3.5 Weaponized Winter: The Freezing of Indigenous Infants (January 11–13, 2026)
The Nazi-Zionist state systematically weaponized extreme winter conditions against an indigenous civilian population it had intentionally stripped of all shelter. On January 11, the Palestinian Health Ministry recorded the entirely preventable death of an infant who froze to death from hypothermia due to the state-engineered lack of shelter. On January 13, five more forcibly displaced Palestinians were frozen to death in Gaza due to a combination of collapsed residential infrastructure and extreme cold. The deliberate destruction of housing, combined with the military blockade of humanitarian winter supplies, constitutes the intentional creation of conditions of life calculated to bring about the physical destruction of the group—a core legal criteria for genocide under the Genocide Convention.
3.6 Quadcopter Drone Executions (January 12, 2026)
On January 12, 2026, the criminal "Israeli" military deployed automated quadcopter drones to hunt and execute indigenous civilians in Khan Younis. These remotely operated instruments of terror murdered three Palestinians in a deliberate, extrajudicial execution, reflecting the complete mechanization of the ongoing genocide.
3.7 The Systematic Slaughter of Gaza's Children (January 13, 2026)
While not a single isolated massacre, the aggregate data released by UNICEF in mid-January 2026 confirmed the deliberate, systematic eradication of indigenous youth. UNICEF documented that despite the implementation of a so-called "ceasefire," at least 100 Palestinian children, 60 boys and 40 girls, were slaughtered in Gaza. This equates to the murder of approximately one child every single day by criminal "Israeli" forces. These represent only the cases with sufficient details to formally record; the actual number of murdered indigenous children remains buried beneath the rubble.
3.8 The Mid-January Massacres and Journalist Assassinations (January 15–21, 2026)
Between January 15 and 21, the Nazi-Zionist military launched a concentrated assassination campaign disguised as military operations. On January 15, "Israeli" aerial executions across Gaza murdered ten people, including an indigenous minor. On January 19, state-sanctioned terrorist assaults slaughtered three more Palestinians and injured several others. On January 21, targeted executions murdered 11 Palestinians. The martyrs included two children, a woman, and three journalists who were actively documenting the genocide. The targeted assassination of journalists constitutes a desperate, systematic attempt by the criminal state to blind the world to its ongoing atrocities.
3.9 The Night Pogrom on Mikhmas (January 17, 2026)
On the night of January 17, 2026, masked settler terrorists launched a night raid on the indigenous Mikhmas Bedouin community near Ramallah. They broke into a family's home, pepper-sprayed the husband and wife in their own home, beat them with wooden clubs, and dragged them outside. They then set fire to two vehicles, burned residential structures and water storage tanks, and withdrew under the cover of darkness provided by the criminal "Israeli" military's systematic refusal to intervene.
3.10 The Ethnic Cleansing and Land Theft at Al Hadidiya (January 23, 2026)
In the northern Jordan Valley, the indigenous Bedouin community of Al Hadidiya faced relentless state-sanctioned terrorism following the establishment of an illegal outpost nearby. On January 23, the terrorism reached a breaking point, resulting in the violent expulsion of four Bedouin families. This ethnic cleansing is part of a systemic, state-backed campaign to steal the Jordan Valley from its indigenous inhabitants, mirroring the exact terrorist tactics used to violently depopulate Ras Ein al-'Auja during the same month.
3.11 Four Days of Coordinated Pogroms (January 24–27, 2026)
Between January 24 and 27, 2026, coordinated settler terrorist assaults struck multiple indigenous communities across occupied Palestine simultaneously, demonstrating the organized and state-backed nature of the campaign. In Qusra in the Nablus district, settler terrorists broke into Palestinian family homes and discharged live ammunition inside residential buildings. In Beit Furik, six Palestinians were brutally assaulted. In Birzeit, colonists attacked an elderly woman, threw her to the ground, threw stones at her, and beat members of her family. In Masafer Bani Na'im, three Palestinians were injured. In Khallet al-Maiyya, settlers drove a vehicle directly into two Palestinian children and pepper-sprayed a girl. On January 27, in Masafer Yatta, approximately 100 settler terrorists launched a simultaneous assault on four indigenous Bedouin communities. The assailants carried sticks fitted with blades. They injured six people, stole 300 sheep, and burned three tons of stored firewood. OCHA's data confirms that Masafer Yatta experienced 318 settler terrorist assaults between 2021 and 2025, compared with only 18 in the entire period from 2006 to 2020. This 1,667 percent increase in terrorism directly tracks the rise of the openly genocidal government that came to power in "Israel" in December 2022. Between January 20 and February 2, OCHA documented 52 settler terrorist assaults that wounded 42 Palestinians and ethnically cleansed 134.
3.12 Central Gaza Bombardment and the January 31st Attack Wave (January 29–31, 2026)
Following a terrorist bombardment in the central Gaza Strip on January 29 that murdered two Palestinians, the criminal "Israeli" state carried out its deadliest wave of aerial massacres of the month on January 31. The coordinated bombardments hit multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, deliberately targeting indigenous civilians attempting to collect firewood or approach the eastern boundary. The official death toll for this single day reached 31 murdered Palestinians. This mass extermination operation concluded a month in which the genocidal machinery never paused.
3.13 The Ibziq School Attack and Area C Seizure (February 4–8, 2026)
On February 4, settler terrorist proxies attacked the Ibziq school in the northern Jordan Valley, breaking into the building and destroying its interior. Over the following days, colonists excavated a trench across the access road to physically block indigenous children from reaching the school. When education officials arrived on February 7, "Israeli" military forces handcuffed and detained seven men, and three indigenous herders were beaten. On February 8, the "Israeli" Security Cabinet announced the expansion of administrative control and illegal land registration in Area C, the 60 percent of the West Bank under full "Israeli" administrative and military control where most indigenous Bedouin communities reside. This administrative seizure constitutes the legal mechanism by which stolen land is formalized as "Israeli" property, destroying the legal basis for our communities' presence on our own ancestral territory. On February 9, criminal "Israeli" forces re-established a military post in Arraba and violently expelled five herding families from their grazing land. Between February 3 and 16, there were 86 terrorist assaults across 60 communities, injuring 64 and expelling 146, with over 90 percent of expulsions concentrated in the Jordan Valley, the ancestral heartland of numerous indigenous Bedouin tribes.
3.14 The February "Ceasefire" Illusions (February 6–7, 2026)
The engineered illusion of a so-called "ceasefire" provided diplomatic cover for ongoing genocide. Over a 24-hour period spanning February 6 and 7, medical sources recorded the arrival of two murdered and 25 injured indigenous individuals to Gaza's collapsing hospitals. By this point, medical officials confirmed that 576 Palestinians had been slaughtered by criminal "Israeli" forces since the October 2025 "ceasefire" went into effect.
3.15 The Deir al-Balah Assassination and Winter Siege (February 10, 2026)
On February 10, 2026, criminal "Israeli" forces launched a targeted aerial execution east of Deir al-Balah, murdering an UNRWA staff member as he walked down a civilian street. This state-sanctioned assassination occurred amid severe winter weather that compounded the engineered humanitarian catastrophe, as heavy rains flooded the fragile tents of hundreds of forcibly displaced indigenous families in Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis who had already been violently stripped of their homes.
3.16 Hammamat al-Maleh and Jinba (February 11–13, 2026)
On February 11, settler terrorists cut the water network in Jinba, Masafer Yatta, having already severed the main pipeline on January 28. The 300 indigenous residents of Jinba were left relying on stored reserves, while 190 households lost all access to running water. On February 13, colonists burned Hammamat al-Maleh in the Jordan Valley, a deliberate terrorist arson attack that ethnically cleansed four households.
3.17 Abbas's Forces Murder a Fifteen-Year-Old in Tammun (February 15, 2026)
On February 15, proxy forces under Mahmoud Abbas's security command shot and murdered a 15-year-old indigenous boy during a terrorist assault in Tammun, wounding his sister and father. The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights called for an investigation, stating the killing "may amount to unlawful killing." He was fifteen years old. He was murdered by Abbas's proxy forces on Palestinian soil.
3.18 Naval Terrorism and the Rafah Strikes (February 17, 2026)
On February 17, 2026, the regime of terror extended from the skies to the sea. Nazi-Zionist naval gunboats targeted indigenous Palestinian fishermen attempting to secure food for their starving families, enforcing the engineered famine through live fire. Simultaneously, coordinated artillery shelling and aerial massacres struck residential areas across Khan Younis, Rafah, and northern Gaza. These unprovoked executions murdered at least one child and injured several others, reinforcing the total civilian exposure to state terrorism.
3.19 Settler Terrorism and Hostage-Taking at Dhaher al 'Abed (February 23, 2026)
On February 23, 2026, settler proxies launched a coordinated terrorist assault to steal indigenous agricultural lands belonging to Dhaher al 'Abed, west of Jenin. They destroyed an 80-metre fence and grazed hundreds of sheep on Palestinian land, destroying at least 70 olive trees. During the raid, settler terrorists attacked a Palestinian family on a nearby farm, physically assaulting a man and a child. When the family attempted to document the terrorism, the colonists stole and smashed their mobile phones, forced the family into their home, and threatened to murder them if they stepped outside. While the family was held hostage in their own home, settlers stole their entire livestock herd, a horse, and two vehicles. This massive theft of indigenous property and hostage-taking was facilitated directly by criminal "Israeli" forces, who closed all access roads to the farm while the settlers carried out the assault.
3.20 The Slaughterhouse Drone Executions (February 27, 2026)
On February 27, 2026, a Nazi-Zionist drone deliberately targeted a group of civilians near the slaughterhouse west of Khan Younis. The execution murdered three specifically named indigenous men: Khaled Al-Zayan, Hassan Hamed, and Ali Bassem Abu Shamala. Additional aerial massacres on Khan Younis and the Al-Bureij refugee camp on the exact same day brought the specific death toll to five, proving the methodical, day-by-day nature of the genocide.
3.21 Medical Siege, Checkpoint Weaponization, and the Obstruction of Ambulances (February 28, 2026)
Beginning February 28, 2026, the criminal "Israeli" state closed multiple crossings throughout the West Bank, weaponizing access to medical care. OCHA documented nine separate incidents of deliberate military assaults on ambulances between February 28 and March 3 alone. Ambulances were stopped at gunpoint at checkpoints, forcibly searched, and ordered to reroute. Paramedics were detained. A pregnant indigenous woman in active labour in the Salfit area was forced out of her ambulance and made to cross a checkpoint on foot to reach a hospital by herself. Surgical procedures were cancelled as medical staff could not reach hospitals. The systematic blocking of ambulances and medical personnel constitutes a deliberate medical siege as a weapon of population extermination.
3.22 Torture and the Violent Theft of Indigenous Pastures at Maqtal Musallam (March 1–2, 2026)
On March 1, 2026, settler terrorists utilizing motorcycles deliberately attacked and scattered Bedouin sheep herds at Khirbet a-Tiran to violently drive indigenous shepherds off their own grazing lands. The following day, on March 2, two colonists captured an ethnically cleansed Bedouin resident who had attempted to return to his ancestral land at Maqtal Musallam to graze his sheep. The settlers subjected him to severe physical abuse and torture for half an hour. The systemic theft of grazing land through physical terror constitutes the deliberate destruction of the indigenous Bedouin economic and cultural way of life.
3.23 Abbas's Proxy Terror Against Indigenous Resistance (March 3, 2026)
In the first week of March 2026, Mahmoud Abbas's security forces escalated their proxy terror campaign against their own people, conducting aggressive terrorist assaults targeting Palestinian activists and resistance members across the West Bank, particularly in Jenin and Bethlehem. Operating in direct coordination with the "Israeli" state, Abbas's police pursued and imprisoned Palestinians who opposed the occupation, violently suppressing opposition and ensuring that the indigenous population remained defenseless against escalating settler pogroms.
3.24 The Erasure of Al Shakara and the Iron Cages of the Jordan Valley (March 5, 2026)
On March 5, 2026, the indigenous Bedouin community of Al Shakara, located near Duma in the southern Nablus governorate, was completely destroyed. All thirteen families comprising approximately seventy Palestinians were terrorized off their ancestral land through a coordinated campaign of settler terrorism and state-sanctioned military terror. The entire indigenous community was emptied in a single operation. Not a single family remained. On the same day, criminal "Israeli" forces erected iron gates at the entrances to Mark Na'ja and Az Zubeidat, two indigenous villages in the Jericho district of the Jordan Valley, physically sealing off all movement in and out of the communities. The installation of iron gates to cage indigenous villages is a documented methodology of territorial fragmentation: the systematic severing of the occupied West Bank into disconnected enclaves that can be individually besieged, starved, and eradicated at will.
3.25 The Beit Lahia School Execution (March 6, 2026)
On March 6, 2026, criminal "Israeli" military forces executed a thirteen-year-old indigenous Palestinian boy near a school in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, close to the so-called "Yellow Line," the expanded military buffer zone through which the Nazi-Zionist state has consumed vast tracts of civilian territory under the pretence of security. He was thirteen years old. He was near his school. They executed him.
3.26 The March 7 Massacres: Khan Younis, Yatta, and the Erasure of Aqbat Tayasir (March 7, 2026)
On March 7, 2026, the criminal "Israeli" state carried out coordinated terrorist assaults across both the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank. In central Khan Younis, a state-sanctioned aerial massacre deliberately struck a residential family home, murdering a father and his daughter. In the village of Wadi ar Rakhim near Yatta in the Hebron district, an "Israeli" settler terrorist who was simultaneously serving as a reserve soldier shot and murdered twenty-seven-year-old Amir Mohammad Shunnaran. During the same assault, a settler drove a quad bike directly into a Palestinian woman, fracturing her leg. Not a single colonist was arrested. In eastern Tubas, the indigenous Bedouin community of Aqbat Tayasir was completely wiped from the map. Settler terrorists opened fire on the community, stole livestock, and vandalized houses, forcing the last nine remaining families to flee. Aqbat Tayasir, once home to dozens of indigenous families, was entirely emptied, representing the total eradication of yet another Bedouin community from the land it had inhabited for generations. In a single day across two territories, the criminal state murdered a father with his daughter, executed a young man in broad daylight, and erased an entire indigenous community from existence.
3.27 The Khirbet Abu Falah Massacre and the Shelling of Displacement Tents (March 8, 2026)
On March 8, 2026, "Israeli" settler proxies launched a coordinated terrorist assault on the village of Khirbet Abu Falah in the Ramallah governorate. During the attack, colonists shot and murdered fifty-seven-year-old Far' Hamayel. Criminal "Israeli" security forces, rather than intervening against the settler terrorists, joined the assault and executed twenty-four-year-old Thaer Hamayel. A third man, fifty-five-year-old Mohammed Morah, suffered a fatal cardiac arrest caused by tear gas deployed by "Israeli" forces during the attack. Three indigenous Palestinians were murdered in a single community on a single day. After the triple killing, colonists erected a new illegal settlement outpost on the village's land, claiming through terrorism the territory of the people they had just murdered. Not a single settler was arrested. Not a single investigation was opened. On the same day, in central Middle Gaza, "Israeli" tanks launched a terrorist shelling on tents sheltering internally displaced Palestinians, murdering two women, one of whom was a journalist documenting the genocide, and a girl. The deliberate targeting of displacement shelters with tank fire, and the assassination of a journalist in the process, constitute both the willful extermination of protected persons and the systematic elimination of witnesses to genocide.
3.28 State-Sanctioned Abductions and Home Invasions (March 11, 2026)
On the night of March 10 and the morning of March 11, 2026, criminal "Israeli" military forces launched a large-scale terrorist abduction campaign across the occupied territories, targeting Ramallah, Qalqilya, Bethlehem, Hebron, and Salfit. Over 25 Palestinians were violently abducted from their homes. During these military home invasions, soldiers systematically vandalized civilian dwellings, severely beat indigenous detainees in front of their families, and issued explicit threats, further institutionalizing the state-sponsored terror inflicted upon the civilian population.
3.29 Settler Sexual Terrorism at Khirbet Humsa (March 13, 2026)
Throughout Bedouin villages across the West Bank and every other area of occupied Palestine where indigenous Bedouin communities live, our people are being subjected to a systematic campaign of terrorist assaults, organized pogroms, and sexual terror carried out by extremist settler populations, the overwhelming majority of whom are white American and European illegal immigrants who have no ancestral connection to this land. These colonists are armed, funded, legally shielded, and operationally supported by the criminal "Israeli" state. They are not isolated extremists. They are an instrument of state policy for the ethnic cleansing of Palestinian indigenous land. On March 13, 2026, a group of predominantly white American and European extremist settlers carried out the following coordinated terrorist assault upon an indigenous Bedouin family in Khirbet Humsa in the northern Jordan Valley. Violent sexual and physical terror was committed against a Palestinian man in the presence of his family. The assailants pulled down his clothing, poured water over him, and subjected him to rape and severe beating with clubs while he was on the ground and in a state of extreme distress. The colonists subsequently bound the man by his hands and feet, applied zip-ties to his genitals, and paraded him through his community while continuing to beat him. The female resident of the household was slapped, dragged outside, bound, stripped of her head covering and outer clothing, and subjected to explicit threats of rape. Young indigenous girls of the family were dragged from the dwelling, beaten, mocked, and threatened with rape. A 74-year-old elder of the family was subjected to severe assault by three attackers who struck him repeatedly on the head, hands, and abdomen until he lost consciousness. The assailants poured water over him, stole his watch, and destroyed his security cameras and exterior lighting. These acts of rape, torture, and sexual terror were carried out with the documented operational support of the criminal "Israeli" military, whose soldiers stood by, watched, and facilitated. These acts constitute state terrorism against indigenous people, carried out by settler proxies under full military protection of the criminal "Israeli" state. These details were confirmed by the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in its statement of March 15, 2026.
Video evidence capturing three Nazi-Zionist police officers violently assaulting, beating, and stripping a Palestinian woman in an unprovoked sexual assault, showing the rampant Nazi-Zionist sexual terrorism legitimized by UNSC Resolution 2803.
The regime of sexual terror extends beyond Christian Zionism-funded settler proxies in occupied Palestine to the official uniformed police forces of the criminal state. In a documented incident captured on video, a Palestinian woman walking peacefully was subjected to an unprovoked, brutal assault by three Nazi-Zionist police officers. The footage shows three criminals of the Nazi-Zionist police forces violently beating the woman and stripping her of her clothing in an apparent attempted rape in broad daylight. This unprovoked sexual and physical assault is a direct material consequence of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803, which granted the perpetrators of this genocide full administrative impunity and control over the victims and survivors of genocide. The UN has formally legitimized the authority of the forces committing sexual terrorism.
3.30 The Murder of Amir Odeh in Qusra (March 14, 2026)
On March 14, 2026, settler terrorists shot and murdered Amir Odeh, aged 28, in Qusra, Nablus district. He was the sixth Palestinian executed by settlers since the escalation of February 28. Qusra has been subjected to repeated pogroms throughout 2026, with colonists breaking into indigenous family homes in the middle of the night and shooting live ammunition into residential buildings.
3.31 March 15: Ibrahim al-Hasanat in Gaza and the Bani Odeh Family in Tammun
On March 15, 2026, five hours before the murder of Ibrahim, Nazi-Zionist criminal forces entered the Palestinian town of Tammun in the northeast of occupied Palestine and executed an entire indigenous family: both parents and their children aged five and seven, all shot in the head while sitting together inside their vehicle during the holy month of Ramadan. The Bani Odeh family was murdered and then erased from public consciousness under a systematic media blackout organized and enforced by the United States of America and its European Union partners, the same governments that have funded, armed, and diplomatically shielded every act of this genocide in fulfillment of Christian Zionist ideological objectives. The confirmed martyrs of the Bani Odeh family, all of whom were shot in the head while seated together inside their vehicle, are: Ali Khaled Bani Odeh, father, aged 37, murdered, shot in the head; Waad Othman Bani Odeh, mother, aged 35, murdered, shot in the head; Othman Ali Bani Odeh, son, aged 7, with special needs, murdered, shot in the head; and Mohammad Ali Bani Odeh, son, aged 5, murdered, shot in the head. Two additional indigenous children, Mustafa aged 8 and Khaled aged 11, were wounded in the execution and survived. The family was murdered on their way home from a Ramadan shopping trip in Nablus. Witnesses reported that the soldiers declared "we killed dogs" after executing the family. The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights documented this state-sanctioned execution in their statement of March 15, 2026. On March 22, 2026, the "Israeli" daily Haaretz, citing well-informed sources, reported that the officers who murdered the Bani Odeh family in Tammun would not be questioned, investigated, or prosecuted by any "Israeli" judicial authority. Impunity is the system. On that same day, March 15, 2026, Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim al-Hasanat, aged fifteen, was murdered in a cowardly and cold-blooded terrorist assault conducted by Nazi-Zionist forces on a civilian family residence in Sawarha, west of the Nuseirat Refugee Camp, central Gaza. At the time of his murder, Ibrahim had been forcibly displaced from his own home, a condition affecting the overwhelming majority of Gaza's indigenous population after more than two years of sustained terrorist assault. The Nazi-Zionist criminal forces of "Israel" murdered a father, a pregnant mother carrying twins, and their child in a single deliberate execution, leaving the family's surviving children critically wounded. The confirmed martyrs are: Kamel Ayyash, father of the family, murdered; Halima Ayyash, mother of the family, murdered while pregnant with twins; Ahmad Ayyash, child of the family, murdered; and Ibrahim Mohammed Ibrahim al-Hasanat, son of the indigenous Abimelech tribe, neighbour and displaced child, murdered. The deliberate targeting of a civilian family home sheltering displaced persons constitutes willful extermination under Article 8(2)(a)(i) of the Rome Statute, intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population under Article 8(2)(b)(i), and murder as a crime against humanity under Article 7(1)(a) when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population. The presence of a pregnant woman among the victims further implicates the special protections under Article 76 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions. OHCHR spokesperson Ajith Sunghay stated that at least 1,071 Palestinians had been murdered in the West Bank since October 2023, including 233 children, and that the "near-total impunity" enjoyed by "Israeli" forces and settlers "is a key driver of the ongoing terrorism." What is documented here constitutes genocide, not "violence," and the impunity OHCHR identifies is the structural precondition that makes the genocide possible, not a contributing factor.
3.32 Continued Ethnic Cleansing, Land Theft, and the Bombardment of Sacred Sites (March 16, 2026)
On March 16, 2026, a 17-year-old indigenous Palestinian was executed in Sinjil. In Beita, settler terrorists from the Evyatar outpost confined families inside their homes and threatened to murder any resident who stepped outside. In Tubas, 28 indigenous families comprising 144 people were violently expelled. In Qalqas near Hebron, "Israeli" forces demolished emergency donor-funded tents that had been provided to families already displaced by a previous ethnic cleansing, destroying the last shelter of people who had already lost everything. In Silwan, East Jerusalem, Palestinians received eviction orders commanding them to hand their ancestral homes to white settler colonists.
3.33 The Beit Awwa Beauty Salon Massacre and the Displacement of Rammun (March 17–18, 2026)
On March 17, 2026, fragments from missiles fired during the United States and "Israeli" military confrontation with Iran struck a beauty salon in Beit Awwa, Hebron district, murdering three Palestinian women as they went about their daily lives in a civilian commercial establishment. A fourth woman succumbed to her injuries the following day. Four indigenous women were murdered by the debris of a regional war they had no part in, engineered by the same criminal state that occupies their land. They were inside a beauty salon. They posed no threat to anyone. They are dead because the criminal "Israeli" state chose to turn their homeland into a battlefield and their sky into a graveyard of falling shrapnel. On the same day, in the village of Rammun in the Ramallah governorate, two Palestinian families comprising eleven people were terrorized into abandoning their homes by armed settler proxies from a nearby illegal outpost. The simultaneous murder of women by military debris and the violent expulsion of families by settler terrorism encapsulates the dual mechanisms of genocide: direct extermination and forcible transfer, operating in tandem across every corner of occupied Palestine.
3.34 The Siege of Eid: The Violent Defilement of Al Aqsa and the Assault on Worshippers (February 28 – March 20, 2026)
Beginning February 28, 2026, the criminal "Israeli" state violently besieged and defiled both Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem and the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, executing a state-sanctioned denial of the indigenous Palestinians' fundamental right to religious worship. This violent blockade was maintained throughout most of the holy month of Ramadan and through Eid al-Fitr, the most sacred celebration in the Islamic calendar. This was one of only a handful of times in history that Al Aqsa has been physically barricaded against Muslim worshippers during Eid since 1948. On March 20, as Muslims throughout the world celebrated Eid al-Fitr, indigenous Palestinian worshippers in Jerusalem who had been denied access to their mosque attempted to pray in the streets surrounding the Old City. Criminal "Israeli" security forces brutally assaulted them with batons, tear gas, and stun grenades, violently dispersing men, women, and children as they prayed. They were beaten and gassed for the simple act of praying. The systematic denial of religious worship, enforced through physical state terror, constitutes a deliberate assault on the spiritual identity of an indigenous people. Meanwhile, on March 3, during the Jewish holiday of Purim, thousands of Israeli settler colonists were permitted to gather freely in Jerusalem and celebrate in synagogues. Nazi-Zionist police merely "announced" that the gatherings were in violation of Home Front Command guidelines while taking absolutely no enforcement action. One colonist population is protected to worship. The indigenous population is beaten and tear-gassed for praying in the street. This is the apartheid that the international community funds.
3.35 The Eid Al-Fitr Pogrom (March 21–23, 2026)
Between March 21 and 23, 2026, coinciding with the Eid al-Fitr holiday, "Israeli" settler terrorists carried out thirty-two coordinated terrorist assaults across thirty indigenous Palestinian villages in the occupied West Bank. On March 22 alone, sixteen settler terrorist assaults struck fifteen communities, the highest number of attacks recorded on a single day in 2026. This coordinated assault during the holiest celebration in Islam was premeditated, organized terrorism designed to destroy indigenous Palestinian communal life during the most sacred time of the year. In Jalud, colonists burned the village council building and a medical clinic that served one thousand Palestinians, destroying the community's last remaining governance and healthcare infrastructure in a single act of terrorist arson. In Turmus'ayya, settler terrorists cut the main water pipeline serving thirty-one people and destroyed the village electricity network, leaving the indigenous community without water or power. In Beita, colonists destroyed the community's electricity generator. In Burqa in the Ramallah governorate, settler proxies carried out an arson attack that destroyed a village health clinic and a vehicle, eliminating yet another indigenous community's access to medical care. Across the remaining twenty-six villages, terrorists committed property destruction, livestock theft, physical assaults, and agricultural devastation. On March 21, in Ath Thu'la in the Khirbet 'Atuf area of Tubas, armed colonists threatened to murder members of an extended indigenous family and the "Israeli" military declared the area a "closed military zone," forcing four households comprising twenty people, including nine children, to abandon their homes and flee. The systematic timing of these terrorist assaults during Eid, when families gather, share meals, and celebrate, represents a deliberate strategy of cultural eradication: ensuring that no sacred occasion of indigenous Palestinian life passes without terror, loss, and ethnic cleansing.
3.36 The Torture of Eighteen-Month-Old Karim (March 22, 2026)
On March 22, 2026, criminal "Israeli" soldiers seized an eighteen-month-old indigenous child in al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza and tortured him in front of his father in order to extract a confession. Osama Abu Nassar had been transporting his infant son, Karim, to obtain basic supplies when soldiers forced him to leave the child on the ground, strip naked, and approach their position. They then seized the child and used him as a torture instrument against the father. The soldiers burned the child Karim's leg with lit cigarettes, lacerated his skin with a sharp instrument, and drove a metal nail into his leg. These acts were confirmed by a subsequent medical report. Karim was held for ten hours and returned to his family through the International Committee of the Red Cross. His father remains in detention. The world's governments are funding these acts. Their weapons are the material instrument of this torture.
3.37 The Ethnic Cleansing of Batn al Hawa and the Weaponization of Rafah Crossing (March 22–25, 2026)
Between March 22 and 25, 2026, criminal "Israeli" security forces violently ethnically cleansed sixteen Palestinian families—at least seventy indigenous Palestinians including twenty-one children—from their ancestral homes in the Batn al Hawa neighbourhood of Silwan, East Jerusalem. The homes were immediately transferred to white colonists associated with the Ateret Cohanim settler organization. The indigenous families watched as colonists moved into the houses they had built, furnished, and raised their children in. Since October 7, 2023, "Israeli" authorities have eradicated at least twenty-eight Palestinian households from Batn al Hawa alone, with over two hundred households comprising approximately nine hundred people across East Jerusalem currently facing eviction cases filed by settler terrorists in "Israeli" courts. This is not a housing dispute. It is the systematic Judaization of occupied East Jerusalem through the violent extermination of its indigenous inhabitants, household by household, street by street, neighbourhood by neighbourhood. On March 22, the criminal state extended its territorial control to Gaza's last remaining civilian crossing. "Israeli" forces detained a Palestinian man returning through Rafah Crossing, the first such abduction since the crossing's partial reopening on March 19. In response, the European Union Border Assistance Mission suspended its operations at the crossing in protest. The weaponization of the only civilian exit point transforms the Gaza Strip into a sealed extermination zone from which no indigenous Palestinian can safely enter or leave.
3.38 The Murder of an Indigenous Child in His Tent (March 24, 2026)
On March 24, 2026, criminal "Israeli" military forces opened fire and executed a thirteen-year-old Palestinian boy inside his tent in the Al Mawasi displacement area in western Khan Younis. Al Mawasi was designated by the Nazi-Zionist military as a "humanitarian zone," one of the few areas where forcibly displaced families were instructed to seek refuge. He was inside his tent. He was thirteen years old. The "Israeli" state executed a child inside the shelter it had told him to flee to. This is the definition of a death trap: herd the indigenous population into a confined area, designate it safe, and then execute them within it.
3.39 The Late March Drone Executions and Displacement Site Massacres (March 25–28, 2026)
On March 25, 2026, criminal "Israeli" forces executed two Palestinians and injured four others across two separate targeted drone strikes. On the same day, a state-sanctioned aerial massacre struck a displacement site in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, damaging forty-five shelters and completely destroying fifteen, annihilating the makeshift homes of indigenous families who had already been violently ethnically cleansed from their original dwellings. On March 28, "Israeli" forces launched a drone execution and opened live fire in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, as well as in Khan Younis. These coordinated terrorist assaults murdered three Palestinians, including two brothers, and wounded four others, continuing the systematic destruction of entire indigenous family lines.
3.40 The Murder of Mohammad Al Malhi on His Ancestral Land (March 26, 2026)
On March 26, 2026, "Israeli" settler terrorists shot and murdered thirty-seven-year-old Mohammad Al Malhi in Bethlehem. He was executed while colonists were in the process of establishing a new illegal settlement outpost on his family's own ancestral land. Mohammad Al Malhi was murdered on the land that belonged to his family, by the armed colonists who were stealing it from them in broad daylight. Not a single settler was arrested. Not a single investigation was opened. The execution of a man defending his ancestral land from violent theft is not an isolated crime. It is the foundational mechanism of settler-colonial genocide: murder the indigenous inhabitants and claim their land as your own, under the full protection of the criminal state.
3.41 The Qalandiya Funeral Massacre (March 27, 2026)
On March 27, 2026, criminal "Israeli" security forces raided Qalandiya refugee camp in the Ramallah district and executed twenty-two-year-old Mustafa Hamad. Later the same day, during a second terrorist assault, "Israeli" forces shot forty-six-year-old Sufian Abu Leil in the head and murdered him as Mustafa Hamad's funeral procession was leaving the cemetery. They murdered a young man, waited for his indigenous community to gather to mourn him, and then murdered a mourner at his funeral. The deliberate targeting of a funeral procession constitutes an attack on the living and the dead alike and violates the most fundamental human right to bury and grieve the fallen. It is a documented act of state terror designed to ensure that even mourning carries the price of death.
3.42 The Al-Mawasi Displacement Camp Massacre (March 28–29, 2026)
On March 28 and 29, 2026, a state-sanctioned aerial massacre deliberately targeted the Al-Mawasi displacement area in Khan Younis, an area crammed with tents and makeshift shelters for families previously ethnically cleansed from their homes and already devastated by a severe sandstorm on March 14 that destroyed twenty-nine shelters and damaged thirty-two more, leaving nearly nine hundred indigenous households further exposed to the elements. The cowardly execution ripped through the fragile encampment. While the initial death toll stood at six, three of the critically wounded succumbed to their horrific injuries the following day, raising the total number of martyrs to nine. Bombing a concentration of forcibly displaced survivors inside a designated displacement zone constitutes the ultimate expression of state-sponsored extermination.
3.43 The Violent Defilement of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (March 29, 2026)
On March 29, 2026, the Nazi-Zionist state executed a deliberate assault on the Christian faith, deploying armed police forces to physically blockade and defile the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, violently stripping indigenous Palestinian Christians and their highest clergy of their fundamental right to practice their religion on Palm Sunday. Despite prior coordination, the criminal state's authorities physically prevented Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, and Fr. Francesco Ielpo, the Custos of the Holy Land and official Guardian of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, from entering the church to celebrate Mass. This was the first time the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem has been subjected to this violent erasure from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in centuries. Combined with the brutal siege of Al Aqsa Mosque during Eid al-Fitr and throughout most of Ramadan, the criminal state achieved what no regime in modern history has accomplished: the simultaneous, violent desecration and denial of access to the holiest sites of both Islam and Christianity in Jerusalem. The regime that claims to defend religious freedom has subjected indigenous Muslims at Al Aqsa and indigenous Christians at the Holy Sepulchre to total spiritual eradication. The entire world watched. No government intervened.
3.44 Demolitions, Executions from Cranes (March 30, 2026)
On March 30, 2026, three separate acts revealed the full spectrum of the genocidal machinery, from munitions to bulldozers to legislation. In the Al Bustan neighbourhood of Silwan, East Jerusalem, "Israeli" authorities demolished the ancestral homes of five Palestinian families, ethnically cleansing fifty people including women, children, and persons with disabilities, under the pretence of "building permit violations"—permits that are systematically denied to indigenous Palestinians by the exact same authorities that demolish their homes for lacking them. In the Tal Al Hawa area of southern Gaza City, "Israeli" forces opened fire with a machine gun mounted on a crane toward a displacement site, injuring an indigenous Palestinian woman inside her tent. The use of a weapon platform mounted on construction equipment against a civilian displacement camp represents the mechanized, industrialized nature of the ongoing genocide. On the same day, the "Israeli" Knesset passed a death penalty law that exclusively targets indigenous Palestinians for killing "Israelis" in the occupied West Bank. Settler colonists are explicitly shielded from the law's application. The legislation establishes a formal legal framework for the judicial execution of indigenous people while granting statutory immunity to the settler terrorists who murder them. The criminal state has now codified into law the discriminatory extermination of the people it occupies, confirming what has been evident throughout this record: the genocide operates simultaneously through the military, the settler proxies, the demolition orders, and now the courts.
3.45 Assassination of Police Officers in Gaza (February–March 2026)
In February and March 2026, the Nazi-Zionist military has significantly increased its targeting of the indigenous-led Palestinian Police in Gaza.
In February and March 2026, the criminal "Israeli" military dramatically intensified its assassination campaign targeting police officers, the last remaining civil order infrastructure in Gaza. On February 27, six officers were murdered in drone executions on police posts in the Bureij Refugee Camp and the al-Mawasi area. On March 14, a terrorist assault on a police station in Khan Yunis murdered two officers. On March 15, an aerial execution struck a police vehicle on the Salah al-Din route in Zawaida, central Gaza, murdering eight to nine officers, including Colonel Iyad Abu Yousef, the head of police for Gaza's central governorate. On March 22, a drone execution on a police vehicle at the Abu Srar junction in the Nuseirat Refugee Camp murdered four police officers and wounded eight others. On March 29th, terrorist assaults on two Palestinian Police posts and another location in Khan Younis in southern Gaza murdered eight, including an indigenous girl, and wounded four others. The cowardly aerial massacres hit two police posts in the al‑Mawasi area of western Khan Younis, part of several points established to help protect forcibly displaced families living in tents and makeshift shelters. The Health Ministry in Gaza confirmed that six Palestinians, including the girl and three police officers, were slaughtered and four others were injured. The systematic murder of civil police represents a deliberate strategy to collapse every remaining structure of Palestinian civil governance in Gaza, ensuring total mass subjugation and permanent civilian exposure to Nazi-Zionist terrorism. The criminal "Israeli" state is exploiting the joint United States and "Israeli" military confrontation with Iran as operational cover for the ongoing genocide, using the regional escalation it itself engineered to divert international attention from the systematic extermination of the indigenous people.
PART THREE: THE SCALE OF MASS MURDER
IV. Death Toll of the 2023–2026 Palestinian Genocide
The murder of the Abimelech tribe's 129 documented members is situated within the largest documented massacre of a civilian population in the twenty-first century. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, whose accuracy has been independently validated by the World Health Organization, the Johns Hopkins Lancet study, Human Rights Watch, the Biden administration's own intelligence assessments, and in January 2026 by the "Israeli" military itself, at least 75,227 Palestinians had been murdered by February 21, 2026, of whom 73,188 were Palestinians and 2,039 were "Israelis."[^1]
These official figures represent a significant undercount. The Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research published a study in November 2025 estimating between 100,000 and 126,000 violent deaths in Gaza, with children under fifteen constituting 27 percent and women 24 percent of the dead.[^2] A Lancet capture-recapture analysis published in January 2025 calculated 64,260 traumatic injury deaths between October 2023 and June 2024 alone, concluding that the Gaza Health Ministry had undercounted deaths by 41 percent; projected forward to May 2025, the comparable figure rises to approximately 93,000.[^3] Spagat et al., in a Lancet field survey published in February 2026, estimated 75,200 violent deaths and an additional 8,540 excess non-violent deaths, with 56.2 percent of all victims being women, children, and the elderly.[^4]
The most widely cited independent estimate was published in The Lancet in July 2024 by Khatib, McKee, and Yusuf, who applied the established epidemiological methodology of accounting for indirect deaths caused by the destruction of health infrastructure, sanitation systems, and food supply chains. Applying "a conservative estimate of four indirect deaths per one direct death," they estimated the true death toll at approximately 186,000 people, representing 7.9 percent of Gaza's total population.[^5] The Watson Institute at Brown University has similarly estimated total deaths exceeding 100,000 when indirect causes are included.[^6]
The "Israeli" military's own data exposes the fundamentally civilian nature of this genocide. Out of more than 53,000 Palestinians recorded as dead by mid-2025, the "Israeli" military had identified only 8,900 as named combatants.[^7] An investigation by The Guardian and +972 Magazine, based on analysis of the "Israeli" military's own internal database, found that 83 percent of those murdered were civilians.[^8] The Action on Armed Violence (AOAV) organization calculated a 74 percent civilian rate as of October 2024.[^9] Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor placed the civilian proportion at 90 percent as of December 2023.[^10] Since March 2025, according to the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED), fifteen of every sixteen people murdered in Gaza have been civilians.[^11]
Oxfam and AOAV reported that more women and children have been murdered in this genocide than in any armed conflict anywhere in the world in the past two decades.[^12] The UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights verified that 70 percent of all confirmed fatalities are women and children.[^13] The Gaza Health Ministry's 1,516-page document submitted in March 2025, listing 50,021 identified dead by name, age, sex, and identification number, begins with 350 pages consisting entirely of children under sixteen years of age.[^14]
The Deliberate Targeting of Civilians
The targeting of civilians is not incidental. It is the operational methodology of this genocide. The "Israeli" military deployed an artificial intelligence targeting system known as "Lavender," which, according to reporting by +972 Magazine based on testimony from six "Israeli" intelligence officers who operated the system, automatically generated lists of suspected Hamas affiliates for assassination-with a known error rate of approximately 10 percent-while authorizing the murder of entire apartment buildings full of civilians to eliminate a single target. Officers were authorized to murder up to 20 civilians per low-ranking target and over 100 civilians per senior target.[^15] The system processed targets at a rate that no human operator could meaningfully review, effectively automating the decision to murder civilians.
The "Israeli" military systematically targeted protected persons and institutions. By early 2026, approximately 90 percent of Gaza's entire civilian infrastructure, including residential homes, schools, hospitals, and essential services, had been deliberately destroyed or severely damaged. An estimated 90 to 95 percent of all school buildings, including UNRWA schools serving the children of refugees, have been bombed or demolished. By mid-2024, all 19 universities in Gaza had been devastated, with many subjected to controlled demolition by "Israeli" forces in deliberate acts of cultural and educational erasure. Over 90 percent of health facilities have been destroyed or rendered non-functional, leaving a population of over two million people without medical care. Hospitals were deliberate targets. Medical staff performed surgery without electricity. Patients were executed in their beds. Satellite imagery analysis confirms that the destruction of water systems, roads, electrical networks, and agricultural land has been systematic and deliberate, rendering large parts of Gaza permanently uninhabitable, as a matter of stated genocidal intent.
Over 200 journalists have been murdered in Gaza since October 2023, a rate of killing of media workers without precedent in any conflict in recorded history.[^16] At least 65 evacuation orders have been issued, affecting over 80 percent of Gaza's territory, creating a population trapped in an ever-shrinking kill zone with no safe destination.[^17]
The Concealment and Destruction of Evidence
The criminal state has systematically obstructed the recovery, identification, and counting of the dead. Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor documented over 10,000 bodies missing or unrecoverable under rubble, with systematic obstruction of recovery operations by the "Israeli" military, which has repeatedly fired upon rescue workers and prevented the operation of heavy machinery needed to reach the buried dead.[^31] The destruction of civil registry infrastructure, the killing of medical professionals responsible for death certification, and the obliteration of hospital records constitute a deliberate strategy to render the true scale of mass murder permanently unknowable. The ICJ's January 2024 provisional measures explicitly ordered the preservation of evidence related to genocide, an order the criminal state has violated continuously and systematically.
V. Engineered Famine and the Annihilation of Civilian Infrastructure
Starvation as a Weapon of War
The International Criminal Court's arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant, issued on November 21, 2024, specifically cite the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare.[^18] This is not an abstract accusation. It describes a concrete, documented, and meticulously engineered famine.
Before October 2023, approximately 500 humanitarian aid trucks entered Gaza each day. By early 2024, the criminal state had reduced this to an average of 19 trucks per day, a 96 percent reduction.[^19] The caloric consequences were immediate and catastrophic. Water availability collapsed from 84 litres per person per day to 3 litres, far below the minimum required for survival.[^20] Over 90 percent of Gaza's agricultural land was deliberately razed, including an estimated 2,500 chicken farms housing 36 million birds.[^21] The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) confirmed in August 2025 that famine conditions had been reached in Gaza City, with over 500,000 people in catastrophic conditions and 132,000 children projected to suffer acute malnutrition.[^22] By September 2025, at least 440 Palestinians had died directly of starvation, 677,000 were in starvation conditions, and 100 percent of Gaza's population was assessed as being in high acute food insecurity.[^23]
The famine is not a byproduct of war. It is the war. Defence Minister Yoav Gallant stated on October 9, 2023: "I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed. We are fighting human animals, and we are acting accordingly."[^24] Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich declared the starvation of two million civilians "justified and moral."[^25] These are not rhetorical excesses. They are the stated operational directives of a criminal state that proceeded to implement exactly what its leaders publicly declared.
Starvation-related deaths increased by 760 percent across the first months of the genocide, rising from 4 per month to 49 per month to 422 per month.[^26] The number of children under five suffering from acute malnutrition exploded from 2,754 to 14,383.[^27] A letter signed by 99 American healthcare workers who served in Gaza estimated that at least 62,413 Palestinians had died of starvation, with an additional 5,000 deaths from chronic disease exacerbated by the collapse of the healthcare system.[^28] By July 2025, 119 Palestinians were dying every day.[^29] United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres described the situation as a "man-made disaster" of a scale "unseen in decades."[^30]
PART FOUR: THE ACCOMPLICE ARCHITECTURE
VI. The International Legal Framework and Judicial Proceedings
The International Court of Justice
On January 26, 2024, the International Court of Justice issued its Order on Provisional Measures in Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip (South Africa v. Israel), Case No. 192. The Court found prima facie jurisdiction under Article IX of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and recognized that Palestinians constitute a "distinct national, ethnical, racial or religious group" protected under Article II of that Convention. As of the date of the Order, the Court noted that 25,700 Palestinians had been killed, over 63,000 injured, and approximately 360,000 housing units destroyed or damaged, with 1.7 million people internally displaced. The Court ordered six provisional measures by votes of 15–2 and 16–1, including that the criminal state must take all measures within its power to prevent the commission of acts within the scope of Article II of the Genocide Convention, ensure that its military forces do not commit the prohibited acts, take all measures to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide, take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance, take effective measures to prevent the destruction of and ensure the preservation of evidence, and submit a report to the Court on all measures taken within one month.
The Court specifically cited the "dehumanizing language" of senior "Israeli" officials, including Defence Minister Yoav Gallant's statements of October 9 and 10, 2023, President Isaac Herzog's statement of October 12, 2023, and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Israel Katz's statement of October 13, 2023. The Court further noted that thirty-seven Special Rapporteurs, independent experts, and members of Working Groups had, on November 16, 2023, expressed alarm over "discernibly genocidal and dehumanising rhetoric coming from senior Israeli government officials." The Court recognized obligations erga omnes partes under the Genocide Convention, meaning that any State party may invoke the responsibility of another State party for an alleged breach. The case has attracted over 20 state interventions, and the Court has issued three separate provisional measures orders as of March 2026.
On July 19, 2024, the ICJ delivered its Advisory Opinion in Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem (Case No. 186), finding that the criminal state's policies and practices in the Occupied Palestinian Territory violate international law.
The escalation from the 25,700 dead recorded at the time of the Court's January 2024 Order to over 75,000 officially documented and an estimated 100,000–186,000 total dead by early 2026 demonstrates that the criminal state not only disregarded the Court's binding provisional measures but intensified its genocidal campaign in direct defiance of them.
The International Criminal Court
On November 21, 2024, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant for the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare, the war crime of intentionally directing attacks against a civilian population, and the crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, and other inhumane acts. The ICC Pre-Trial Chamber found reasonable grounds to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant bore criminal responsibility for using starvation as a method of warfare, including the restriction of humanitarian aid, food, water, fuel, and medical supplies. The Chamber noted testimony that children were undergoing amputations without anaesthesia and that the limited relaxation of restrictions on humanitarian access appeared to be conditional on international pressure rather than genuine compliance.[^32] The ICC investigation into the Situation in the State of Palestine was formally opened on March 3, 2021, with territorial jurisdiction extending to Gaza and the West Bank including East Jerusalem. Multiple state referrals have been lodged, including by South Africa, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Comoros, Djibouti, Chile, and Mexico. None of these warrants have been enforced. The criminal state continues its genocide with total impunity.
VII. The United Nations as Instrument of Genocide Concealment
None of what is described in this document would be possible without the active, deliberate complicity of the United Nations. The United Nations Security Council has been made into a weapon of genocide protection by the United States of America, which has repeatedly exercised its veto power to block every mechanism of accountability for the Palestinian Genocide, thereby granting the criminal "Israeli" state total and permanent impunity. The United States vetoed Security Council ceasefire resolutions on 8 December 2023 and 20 February 2024, actively blocking measures that would have halted the murder of thousands of Palestinian civilians, while simultaneously accelerating the weapons transfers that made the murders possible. Since October 2023, the United States has provided the criminal state with over $22.8 billion in military funding, including the weapons used in strikes that murdered members of our tribe, the Abimelech tribe. This total exceeds all American military funding to the criminal state from 1946 to 2003 combined. This impunity was the fuel that drew the entire region into open war, culminating in the United States and the criminal "Israeli" state launching direct military strikes against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
On 17 November 2025, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2803, legitimizing a unilateral American colonial mandate titled the "Trump Declaration for Enduring Peace and Prosperity" and creating a "Board of Peace" to govern the surviving Palestinians of Gaza, with the President of the United States as its chair, without any consent from the Palestinian people, who are the victims of the genocide it was designed to conceal. This resolution was adopted while over 72,000 Palestinians had already been murdered, while "Israeli" forces were actively and documentedly raping, torturing, starving, and slaughtering Palestinians in real time, while the International Court of Justice had issued binding provisional measures ordering cessation of genocidal acts, while the UN's own Commission of Inquiry had formally concluded that genocide was being committed, and while the International Criminal Court's arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity remained outstanding and unenforced. Resolution 2803 does not mention genocide. It does not acknowledge a single ICJ finding. It does not acknowledge the 72,000 murdered Palestinians. It does not acknowledge the documented systematic sexual violence, the engineered famine, the deliberate destruction of hospitals, or the unserved ICC arrest warrants. It proposes Mahmoud Abbas, whose security forces actively facilitated this genocide, as a partner in the post-genocide administration of the survivors, and it rewards the states that funded, armed, and diplomatically shielded the genocide with formal administrative authority over the population whose destruction they enabled.
Resolution 2803 is the legal architecture of genocide laundering. It was designed to conceal ongoing genocide through the systematic omission of binding judicial findings, to obstruct accountability for perpetrator and accomplice states potentially liable under Articles 25(3)(c) and 28 of the Rome Statute, and to transfer administrative control over genocide survivors to the states most directly responsible for enabling their destruction. The permanent Security Council members who abstained, China and Russia, bear their own historical responsibility for standing silent while genocide was formalized as peace through the UN system. The United Nations has not failed the Palestinian people. It has been instrumentalized as a tool for the completion of their genocide.
The United Nations has issued hundreds of reports documenting the murder and expulsion of Palestinian civilians. Not one has resulted in any enforceable action to stop it. Every report is a document of complicity dressed as documentation.
VIII. The Complicity of the Persian Gulf States
The Persian Gulf states, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar, bear direct responsibility for enabling the Palestinian Genocide through their normalization agreements with the criminal state of "Israel" and their hosting of American military infrastructure used to conduct strikes that kill Palestinian civilians. The Abraham Accords, signed in 2020 under American sponsorship, integrated the Nazi-Zionist state into a regional security architecture directed against Iran while abandoning the Palestinian people to ethnic cleansing. Qatar hosts Al Udeid Air Base, the largest U.S. military installation in the Middle East, from which operations supporting "Israel" are coordinated. Bahrain hosts the U.S. Fifth Fleet. The UAE provides logistical support for American military operations throughout the region. Persian Gulf investment funds maintain substantial holdings in defence contractors supplying weapons to "Israel." When the U.S.-"Israeli" war on Iran began on February 28, 2026, the Persian Gulf states found themselves targeted by Iranian missiles, a direct consequence of their complicity in hosting the American military bases and forces used to attack Iran. The Persian Gulf states chose profit and American protection over the lives of their fellow Arabs. The blood of Palestinian children is on their hands alongside the blood on the hands of the Americans, British, French, and Germans who arm the genocide.
IX. Mahmoud Abbas and the Kurdish Minority Apparatus of Palestinian Subjugation
On April 14th, 2009, Abbas met with Kurdish leader Barzani to strengthen ties and form a coalition with local Kurds in Palestine. By November, with the full support of the Kurdish minority, Abbas went on to cancel the elections, positioning himself as a dictator to this day.
The terrorism inflicted upon indigenous Palestinian communities is sustained by a political architecture in which Mahmoud Abbas functions as a nominal representative of the Palestinian people and, in operational practice, as the primary enforcer of their subjugation on behalf of their murderers. As long as the victims of genocide remain silenced and mis-represented by an illegitimate, non-indigenous, unelected leadership that coordinates with the criminals murdering them, this terror will continue and intensify.
Abbas's Origins and the Absence of Indigenous Legitimacy
On April 14, 2009, Abbas met with Kurdish leader Barzani to strengthen political ties and consolidate a coalition with Kurdish communities inside Palestine. By November of that year, with the full organizational support of the Kurdish minority, Abbas cancelled all scheduled elections and appointed himself as a permanent unelected dictator, a position he continues to hold to this day, seventeen consecutive years without a single democratic mandate.
Mahmoud Abbas was born in 1935 in Safed. That's the only information Palestinians know about this dictator. In fact, on Abbas's presidential website, his biography is made up of just that single line. His family possesses no tribal roots in Palestine. They were immigrants who arrived in Palestine from Iran via Syria during the British colonial occupation of the land. Following the 1948 Palestinian Genocide, the Nakba, Abbas relocated back to Syria, where he attended Damascus University before completing a doctoral degree at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, formerly known as Patrice Lumumba University, in Moscow, a Soviet-era institution operated under direct KGB oversight whose graduates across the developing world were systematically cultivated as intelligence assets. He belongs to no Palestinian tribe. He holds no ancestral claim to any village, farm, or parcel of land in Palestine. He has no connection to the indigenous populations he claims to govern, no tribal obligation to them, no ancestral accountability to them. He has ruled without election since his presidential mandate expired on 15 January 2009, representing seventeen consecutive years of illegitimate, non-indigenous, anti-democratic rule over the people he was supposed to represent.
The Kurdish Minority and Its Structural Role in Palestinian Subjugation
Abbas's entire inner circle is defined by its composition as a Kurdish-dominated minority that controls his security apparatus, which is trained, funded, and directed by Europol, the European Union's law enforcement cooperation agency, and the CIA, the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States. Kurdish minority communities across the region carry a decades-long documented pattern of strategic alignment with the criminal "Israeli" state, making their control of the Palestinian Authority's security forces a structural continuation of this regional pattern.
In Iraq, the criminal "Israeli" state maintained covert military and intelligence ties with Kurdish factions in northern Iraq from the 1960s onward. The Mossad-Barzani alliance, the same Barzani family with whom Abbas allied himself, is one of the most extensively documented covert intelligence relationships in the history of the Middle East. "Israel" has provided arms, training, and funding to the Kurdish Democratic Party (KDP) as a strategic instrument for destabilizing Baghdad and weakening Iraq's capacity to confront the criminal state. When the Kurdistan Regional Government held an independence referendum in September 2017, the criminal "Israeli" state was the only government in the entire region to officially endorse Kurdish secession. "Israeli" corporations operate extensively in Iraqi Kurdistan's oil sector. The strategic logic is explicit and has been stated openly: Kurdish separatism weakens Iraq as a unified state and permanently diverts its military resources away from confronting the criminal occupier of Palestine.
In Syria, during the armed conflict that destabilized the country, "Israeli" intelligence maintained contact with Kurdish factions in northeastern Syria and provided medical treatment to Kurdish and other armed fighters evacuated across the Golan Heights. The US-backed YPG/SDF military structures in Syria created an indirect operational nexus with "Israeli" strategic interests in the fragmentation of the Syrian state into non-threatening segments.
In Iran, Kurdish armed organizations in western Iran, particularly the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran (KDPI) and Komala, have maintained documented contact with "Israeli" intelligence services and served as instruments of pressure against Tehran, consistent with "Israel's" documented strategy of cultivating and funding minority insurgencies within states it designates as hostile.
In Palestine, the Kurdish minority follows and extends this same structural regional pattern. Kurdish communities settled in Palestine during the Ottoman and British colonial periods and are not indigenous to the land. Research in the Tribe of Abimelech Platform's records document that over 80 percent of Palestinians in East Jerusalem today are Kurds who were strategically relocated from other regions in order to align the population of Jerusalem with Zionist demographic objectives. This is documented political and demographic history. Kurdish communities in and around Jerusalem and Hebron carry complex and documented relationships with the "Israeli" state, and a significant and documented proportion have explicitly aligned themselves with Zionist political and ideological frameworks, for a combination of ideological and material incentives. The consequence is a non-indigenous, Arabic-speaking population that participates in the structures that oppress the indigenous population and presents that participation as governance of those same people. This is the structural definition of covert Zionism operating through a proxy layer.
The Security Coordination Apparatus
Abbas and his security forces function as a proxy surveillance and intelligence apparatus for the criminal "Israeli" occupier. Through what Abbas himself publicly described as "sacred" security coordination, his own published words from May 2014, his three security branches operate as auxiliary enforcement arms of the Zionist genocide machine. The General Intelligence Service (GIS), led by Majed Faraj, transmits intelligence directly to the "Israeli" Shin Bet, including name lists, home addresses, phone and device identifiers, vehicle registration data, geolocation information, safe-house layouts, and habitual movement patterns of Palestinians selected for arrest or assassination by the criminal "Israeli" state. The Preventive Security Service (PSS), under Ziad Hab al-Rih, conducts mass arrests, night raids, and systematic torture of Palestinians who oppose the Abbas regime or who publicly condemn the genocide being carried out against their own people in Gaza. The Palestinian Centre for Development and Media Freedoms (MADA) documented hundreds of violations originating directly from the Palestinian Authority's institutions targeting media workers. The National Security Forces (NSF) coordinate operationally with criminal "Israeli" military raids on refugee camps, deliberately withdrawing from targeted areas immediately before "Israeli" forces move in, ensuring Palestinians face the full force of the occupation with no protection whatsoever, before returning to arrest and silence the survivors.
The Massacre of Palestinian Refugees by Abbas
In December 2024, Abbas launched the largest military assault against the indigenous Palestinian population since 2007, targeting refugee camps in the West Bank. According to Middle East Eye, Abbas felt politically marginalized by Emirati ambitions to govern post-genocide Gaza and launched this large-scale assault specifically to demonstrate personal loyalty to the incoming Trump administration, which he wished to position himself before. The initial United States recommendation was a more limited "operation" in Tulkarm, but Abbas expanded it unilaterally and without authorization. The assault was conducted under direct CIA supervision, with United States Security Coordinator General Fenzel personally directing Abbas's militia forces. During the assault, Abbas's forces murdered at least 14 Palestinian civilians, including 21-year-old journalist Shatha Sabbagh, who was shot in the head by Abbas's own security forces as she stepped outside her home alongside her mother and two young children. Abbas's forces arrested 247 Palestinians, forcibly expelled nearly 2,000 residents from their homes, burned 30 homes and a functioning hospital, blockaded humanitarian aid from reaching the camp, and shuttered four UNRWA schools serving 1,600 students. At Washington's direct instruction, the criminal "Israeli" state approved urgent deliveries of United States-supplied ammunition and armoured vehicles to Abbas's forces to support the assault against Palestinian civilians. On 12 January 2025, Abbas's security forces seized an anti-tank weapon from inside the refugee camp and handed it directly to the "Israeli" army, as documented by "Israeli" Channel 14. Abbas disarms Palestinians and arms the criminal state that is murdering them. That is his function.
Criminalizing the Documentation of Genocide
Under Abbas's 2017 Cybercrime Law, he has detained and imprisoned over 2,500 Palestinians for the act of publicly expressing solidarity with Gaza since October 2023. Palestinians imprisoned in Abbas's detention facilities have been subjected to beatings, electric shocks, stress positions, threats of sexual assault against themselves and their family members, and forced to recite the phrase "the President Abu Mazen is God," constituting a documented regime of torture and coerced religious blasphemy. These practices are documented in the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights report of July 2024. Abbas imprisons Palestinians for opposing genocide while coordinating with the state committing it.
The Political Persecution of Khaled Barahmeh of the Indigenous Brahmiyya Tribe
Khaled Barahmeh, a proud son of the Brahmiyya tribe, an indigenous community that firmly stands behind its Canaanite roots and ancestral connection to our beloved Palestine. Yet, despite being a native son of Palestine, he faces relentless political persecution. Why are Abbas’s forces repeatedly arresting indigenous activists and maintaining security coordination with the same forces that are committing genocide against them? The political suppression of indigenous voices must end.
The case of Khaled Barahmeh, a proud son of the indigenous Brahmiyya tribe of Tell al-Safi, demonstrates the coordinated campaign of political elimination waged simultaneously by Abbas's CIA apparatus and the criminal Nazi-Zionist state against any indigenous Palestinian who attempts to represent his own people through political means.
In early 2021, Palestinian legislative elections were announced. Barahmeh formally entered politics by stepping forward as a candidate on the "al-Quds Maw'iduna" (Jerusalem is Our Destination) electoral list. In late April 2021, Abbas abruptly cancelled the elections. The cancellation immediately triggered a widespread, coordinated assault by both the Nazi-Zionist forces and Abbas's Kurdish-led security apparatus on the opposition candidates who had mobilized for the vote. Barahmeh, as an indigenous candidate from a recognized Palestinian tribe, became a primary target of both criminal authorities.
On May 11, 2021, just days after the elections were officially cancelled and amid the resulting political crackdown, Nazi-Zionist forces arrested Barahmeh from his home in the Ketef al-Wad neighbourhood of Jericho at dawn. This was part of a broader, immediate wave of detentions targeting those who had organized for the opposition list. On January 23, 2023, Abbas's Preventive Security Service abducted Barahmeh from Jericho. At the time he had been subjected to escalating threatening summons by Abbas's CIA-trained intelligence services in the months prior to the abduction. On October 11, 2023, Nazi-Zionist forces arrested him again from his home in Jericho. On March 30, 2026, during large-scale raids and violent pogroms across Jericho and the occupied West Bank, he was abducted once again by Nazi-Zionist forces alongside other indigenous figures.
Barahmeh has been detained as a political prisoner several times beyond these documented incidents by both criminal authorities.
The racist and extremist pattern is unmistakable. An indigenous Palestinian man of the Brahmiyya tribe who attempted to exercise his internationally recognized right to political self-determination under UNDRIP Article 3 has been subjected to systematic, alternating persecution by the criminal Nazi-Zionist state and by Abbas's security apparatus. The two function as a single system of indigenous suppression. When one releases him, the other arrests him. When one tires of detaining him, the other abducts him. This is the franchise of suppression documented throughout this report, applied to a single man whose only crime is that he belongs to an indigenous tribe and dared to stand for election.
The Regional War and Kurdish Alignment
The U.S.-"Israeli" war on Iran, which began on February 28, 2026, has further exposed the Kurdish alignment with the Nazi-Zionist project. According to reporting from Middle East Eye, the Kurdistan region has been subjected to over 430 drone and missile attacks since the war began, attacks largely conducted by Iranian-backed Popular Mobilization Forces groups from within Iraq. Sirwan Barzani, the senior Peshmerga commander and nephew of the Kurdistan Democratic Party leader, has publicly acknowledged that 85–90 percent of these attacks originate from Iraqi territory, not directly from Iran. This targeting reflects the regional understanding that the Barzani-led Kurdish government functions as a strategic asset of "Israel" and the United States. Reports indicate that over 1,300 people have been killed and 15,000 injured in Iran from U.S.-"Israeli" attacks, a regional conflagration enabled by the very alliances, the Abraham Accords, Kurdish alignment, and Persian Gulf state complicity, that were supposed to bring "peace."
The Franchise of Suppression
The pattern is consistent and documented across the entire region: a non-indigenous minority, strategically aligned with the criminal "Israeli" state, is positioned through external support to suppress indigenous populations on the criminal state's behalf. In Iraq, Kurdish structures suppress national sovereignty. In Syria, they fragment the unitary state. In Iran, they destabilize the republic's borders. In Palestine, they administer the colonized on behalf of the colonizer. Abbas and his inner circle are not an accident of Palestinian politics, and they are not an aberration. They represent a deliberate franchise of a documented regional strategy that deploys non-indigenous minority proxies to enforce "Israeli" dominance over indigenous Semitic populations. The indigenous Bedouin tribes of Palestine, the Abimelech tribe, the tribe of Brahmiyya, the tribe of Zamāʿirah, and dozens of others, are left exposed to nightly pogroms, kidnappings, sexual assaults, family executions, and unchecked settler terrorism by a leadership apparatus whose primary operational function is to identify, report, and neutralize any Palestinian resistance, and to hand the results of that surveillance to the criminals who are murdering us.
PART FIVE: THE LEGAL DEMAND
X. The Indigenous Rights Framework and the "Biblical Mandate" Fraud
Under the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), indigenous non-Arab and non-Jewish tribes such as the Abimelech tribe of Beersheba, the Zamāʿirah tribe of Halhul, and the Brahmiyya tribe of Tell al-Safi, to which politicians like Khaled Barahmeh, a proud son of the Brahmiyya tribe, belong, possess an internationally recognized, legally binding right to their ancestral lands, their identity, and their culture. Article 7(1) provides the right to life, liberty, and security of person. Article 7(2) provides the right not to be subjected to genocide. Article 8(1) provides the right not to be subjected to forced assimilation or the destruction of culture. Article 8(2)(d) provides protection against propaganda advocating discrimination. Article 10 prohibits forced removal from ancestral lands. Article 26 provides the right to lands traditionally owned, occupied, or used. Every single one of these articles is being systematically and deliberately violated against Palestinian Bedouin communities every day. This systemic violation includes the ongoing harassment, political repression, and detentions of indigenous figures who are capable of speaking for themselves by Abbas's forces. This suppression is evident in the targeting of figures like Barahmeh, who was arrested again on March 30th by "Israeli" military forces, and who has historically faced politically motivated arrests by Abbas's dictatorial, CIA-trained police forces, which systematically suppress indigenous opposition voices. Every government that is aware of these violations and is providing funds, weapons, or diplomatic cover to the "Israeli" state is legally complicit in those violations.
The Christian Zionism criminal enterprise operates under what its proponents describe as a "biblical mandate," an ideological construct that falsely appropriates religious language to justify ethnic cleansing and genocide. This claimed mandate lacks theological legitimacy within mainstream Christian, Jewish, or Islamic traditions and constitutes, under international law, a form of hate speech designed to incite and justify violence against indigenous peoples. Rather than recognizing the indigenous status of these tribes and protecting their rights, the criminal "Israeli" state is murdering these tribes, raping their people, and carrying out a deliberate campaign of systematic sexual terror against them. This terror extends violently across all of occupied Palestine, where indigenous Bedouin tribes face an unprecedented and rapidly escalating campaign of state-backed murders and sexual assaults, funded by the governments of the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.
XI. Demands for Justice
The Tribe of Abimelech Platform, representing the indigenous and ancient tribal confederation of Abimelech, will not conceal, minimize, or neutralize the documented details of the Christian Zionism-funded, Christian Zionism-justified, and United States-armed terrorist campaign of murder, rape, and ethnic cleansing being conducted against the indigenous people of Palestine by the criminal "Israeli" state and its settler proxies.
We therefore demand:
Immediate implementation and enforcement of UNDRIP protections for the indigenous Bedouin tribes and all Palestinian communities facing systematic genocide, with binding legal consequences for states that violate those protections through complicity.
Direct international protection for the indigenous Bedouin tribes of Palestine through the UN General Assembly, circumventing the criminal veto power that the United States of America has weaponized in the Security Council to shield genocide from accountability.
The immediate enforcement of International Criminal Court jurisdiction over the war crimes and crimes against humanity documented in this statement, including the arrest and prosecution of military commanders, settler leaders, and political officials responsible for the documented commission of forced displacement, mass murder, and sexual violence.
An immediate and total arms embargo on the criminal "Israeli" state by all states party to the Arms Trade Treaty, enforceable and monitored by an independent international mechanism.
Formal recognition of the Hasanat Abu Mu'ailiq tribal confederation and all Palestinian Bedouin communities as indigenous peoples under UNDRIP, with all legal protections, land rights, and reparations entitlements that recognition entails.
An independent international investigation into Mahmoud Abbas's systematic use of security forces against indigenous Palestinian civilian communities, including the documented practices of torture, arbitrary detention, targeted murder, and intelligence sharing with the state committing genocide against those same civilians.
The prosecution of Mahmoud Abbas, his family, and his entire security apparatus before an international criminal body, and an immediate end to all foreign funding of Palestinian Authority institutions, which constitute an active material threat to the lives, homes, and liberty of the indigenous Palestinian people.
An immediate and total halt to all United States and European military and police funding, weapons transfers, and diplomatic cover that enables and sustains the Palestinian Genocide, with legal consequences under international humanitarian law for any state or actor that continues to provide such support.
Full accountability and international prosecution for the documented campaign of systematic sexual violence against indigenous Bedouin women, men, and children, and for the ongoing torture of Palestinian detainees, perpetrated by both the criminal "Israeli" military and the Abbas security apparatus.
The world can no longer look away from the genocide of the indigenous tribes of the Holy Land, or from the regime of sexual violence, night pogroms, and systematic murder being inflicted upon our families and the families of every indigenous person of Palestine. Silence in the face of documented genocide is complicity. We call upon the governments of China, Russia, and the Persian Gulf states to end all forms of profiteering from the Palestinian Genocide, and to take all actions required by international law and by their UN membership obligations to halt it immediately.
This platform exists because the Tribe of Abimelech, the families of the Hasanat Abu Mu'ailiq confederation, refuse to be silenced. We are documenting what is being done to our people and our land because every government and institution that claims to uphold human rights has failed to do so.
Every name in this report is a real person who was murdered on their own land. Every demand is grounded in binding international law. We will not stop documenting. We will not stop demanding justice. We will not stop until Palestine is free. - Bajis Hasanat Abu Mu'aliq
