To our extended family, the sons and daughters of Abimelech, in Beersheba and Gerar, in Deir Thubaan and Hebron, in Lifta and Jerusalem, in Sahl bin Mathi and Haifa, in Wadi Musa and Petra, and in Palestine's refugee camp across Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon - and to our steadfast Palestinian people.
On the night of August 1, 2026, Nazi-Zionist aerial forces targeted the family home of Sheikh Kamal Nabhan Hamad Abu Mua'iliq in the al-Mashaa'la neighborhood, west of Deir al-Balah, in central Gaza. The attack murdered Sheikh Kamal, aged 68, and his wife Huda Khaled Arar Abu Mua'iliq, aged 59, inside their home. They were not combatants. They were an elder and his wife, asleep in the home their family had lived, on the land their ancestors had lived for over four thousand years.
The murder of Sheikh Kamal Abu Mua'iliq
An indigenous man and his entire family were targeted and killed one by one, including his three sons. Sheikh Kamal and Huda stayed in Deir al-Balah, holding onto their land through the loss of their children, the destruction of their neighborhood, and years of Christian Zionist funded and armed genocide. They remained on their land, and no criminal state's campaign of terror and genocide could sever that bond.
We record their names in permanent grief, in permanent honor, and in permanent demand for justice
Here we document for the record concerning the deaths of civilian members of the Hasanat Abu Mua'iliq (Abimelech) tribe in Deir al-Balah and the surrounding refugee camps in Gaza, occupied Palestine. We document specifically the terrorist attack of August 1, 2026, in which tribal Elder Sheikh Kamal Nabhan Abu Mua'iliq ("Abu Nabhan") and his wife Huda Khaled Arar Abu Mua'iliq were murdered in a cowardly Nazi-Zionist aerial missle dropped on their home. We demand this case is evaluated by international criminal law standards, specifically examining violations under Articles 6 (Genocide), 7 (Crimes Against Humanity), and 8 (War Crimes) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Date and Location
Date of the terrorist attack: August 1, 2026
Location: Al-Mashaa'la, West of Deir al-Balah, Central Gaza Strip
Method of terror: Aerial missile dropped by Nazi-Zionist military forces targeting a private residential home.
Victims
Sheikh Kamal Nabhan Abu Mua'iliq murdered: Aged 68; tribal Elder, educator, and community pillar in Deir al-Balah.
Huda Khaled Arar Abu Mua'iliq murdered: Aged 59; his devoted wife, killed alongside him inside their residence.
The brutal murder of the tribe's Elder Sheikh Kamal and his wife, Huda Abu Mua’iliq, marks a tragic peak in the relentless, state-backed campaign of terror and genocide that specifically targets Palestinians of Canaan descent from the UNDRIP-recognized indigenous Bedouin tribes and Falaahin. These two communities make up the oldest indigenous non-Arab population in the occupied Palestinian territories. Several reports published by the tribe's online platform allege the use of American artificial intelligence to locate indigenous families, which ends up wiping out entire families from the civil register, during the ongoing during the ongoing genocide. Before their deaths, three of their sons had already been killed, including Nabhan Kamal Abu Mua'iliq (aged 22); Eldest son, murdered in 2010 in Deir al-Balah. Hamza Kamal Nabhan Abu Mua'iliq (aged 30); murdered on October 7, 2023, by an aerial missile dropped on Deir al-Balah. A third son was also murdered during the ongoing genocide against the indigenous families of Palestine.
The Canaanite origins of the Abu Mua'iliq
Photo: Artistic rendering of SHamza Kamal Nabhan Abu Mua'iliq who was martyred on October 7, 2023, when Nazi-Zionist aircrafts assaulted the civilian population in Deir al-Balah. Today,
The Abu Mua'iliq family is not a recent arrival to southern Palestine. Their roots in Palestine precede every foreign nation that has ever been imposed upon the southern Levant, historically known as the heart of Canaan, Palestine.
The Hasanat Abu Mua'iliq tribal confederation identifies as a Canaanite Bedouin tribe whose documented ancestral corridor runs from Beersheba, known in Arabic as Bi'r as-Saba', west to Gaza and east to the Hebron Hills. This is the territory of the ancient Gerar Basin, known in Bronze Age sources as Nahal Gerar or the Valley of Gerar, where the Abimelech kings ruled and where the patriarchal narratives of Genesis record covenants of coexistence between the population of Canaan.
The name Abu Mua'iliq is itself of pre-Islamic Canaanite derivation and identifies a bloodline in the Naqab. The tribe's ancestral sites of Khirbet Umm Jarrar and Khirbet Abu Mua'liq, located between Beersheba and Gaza, are among the oldest continuously inhabited tribal territories in the southern Levant. They are not Christian Zionist mythology. They are real geography. They are archaeology. They are documented in the tribe's own oral tradition, confirmed by Arab historians and encyclopedias, and consistent with the material record of the Palestine.
The covenant of the tribe with this land is older than the Hebrew Bible, older than Islam, older than Christianity, older than any of the political Nazi-Zionist formations that today claim authority over the territory of ancient heartland of Canaan. When the Nazi-Zionist state targets the Abu Mua'iliq family in Deir al-Balah, it is attempting to exterminate a lineage that has been present on this land for at least four thousand years. That attempt will fail. This record will outlast it.
Sheikh Kamal Nabhan Hamad Abu Mua'iliq
Sheikh Kamal was born in Deir al-Balah in 1958, a son of the Abu Mua'iliq tribe that had lived in the central Gaza Strip since the genocide of 1948 (Nakba), when their lands in Gerar were taken and they were forcibly displaced from their ancestorial tribal territory and into poverty as refugees. He was an Elder of the tribe, a Sheik, a Haj, and a central figure in the social life of Deir al-Balah, serving as both an educator and a guardian of the tribe’s ancient traditions. Despite his advanced age, declining health, and the loss of three sons to state-sponsored terrorism, he steadfastly refused to leave his home or his land. His wife, Huda Khaled Arar Abu Mua'iliq, stood beside him through every loss. She raised their children. She buried their sons. She remained. They were murdered together in their home on August 1, 2026. A father and mother who had already buried three sons were then murdered themselves. The criminal state murdered a family across sixteen years, across three generations of deliberate genocide. This is the documented operational pattern of genocide.
Over 130 membes of the Abimelech tribe were murdered
Sheikh Kamal's family join a documented registry of more than 130 members of the ancient Abimelech (Hasanat Abu Mua'iliq) tribal confederation were murdered in Gaza over the past two years alone. This registry identifies the risk of extinction of the tribe on its ancestorial territories and records infants, children, teenagers, parents, and elders.
We document them because silence is a form of participation, and we will not participate.
The Technology of Genocide
The Nazi-Zionist military does not conduct this genocide with rifles and airstrikes alone against the caged Palestinian population. It conducts it with data. It conducts it with cloud computing infrastructure, AI-powered targeting systems, and surveillance databases that identify, track, and designate individual Palestinians for assassination, displacement, and detention.
The criminal military operates "Project Nimbus" and associated cloud infrastructure built on services provided by corporations headquartered in the United States, including Microsoft and Oracle. Microsoft's Azure cloud platform has been contracted to the entity's Ministry of Defense and military intelligence. Oracle's database and analytics infrastructure serves the Nazi-Zionist governmental systems. These are not companies that passively operate in a conflict zone. They are companies that have signed contracts, maintain operations, and continue to provide services with full knowledge that those services are being used to power the targeting and killing of a civilian population under active genocide proceedings before the International Court of Justice.
When the Nazi-Zionist aerial system identifies a residential home in al-Mashaa'la as a target and dispatches a strike that murders Sheikh Kamal and Huda Abu Mua'iliq, that targeting system runs on infrastructure. That infrastructure has corporate owners. Those corporate owners have boards of directors, shareholders, and legal teams. They are not innocent bystanders. They are material participants in the operational execution of genocide, and they bear legal accountability under international law for the role their systems play in the systematic murder of a civilian population.
The Tribe of Abimelech Platform states clearly that Microsoft and Oracle are providing the digital infrastructure of the genocide of our people. We call on every government, every international institution, and every civil society organization to demand the immediate termination of all contracts between these corporations and the criminal state's military and intelligence apparatus, and to pursue legal accountability for their role in the commission of genocide.
The United Nations is an active participant of the Palestinian Genocide
The United Nations Security Council is not failing to stop this genocide. It is actively enabling it.
On November 17, 2025, the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 2803, which endorsed a unilateral American colonial mandate and establishing a so-called "Board of Peace" to govern survivors of genocide, with the President of the United States as its chair, without the consent of the Palestinian people who are the victims of the genocide the resolution was designed to conceal. This resolution was adopted while the International Court of Justice had issued binding provisional measures ordering cessation of genocidal acts, while the UN's own Commission of Inquiry had formally determined that genocide was being committed, and while ICC arrest warrants against Nazi-Zionist figures in occupied Palestine remained outstanding and unenforced. The resolution does not mention genocide. It does not acknowledge a single ICJ finding. It does not acknowledge the more than 73,000 Palestinians murdered as of its adoption. It doesn’t mention the 21,000 indigenous children who were murdered, mostly in their sleep, in just one Palestinian city, Gaza, over the short span of 18 months. It rewards the states that funded, armed, and diplomatically shielded the genocide with administrative authority over the surviving population.
The UN has issued hundreds of reports documenting the murder and expulsion of the indigenous population of Palestine. Not a single UN report has ever produced any enforceable action to stop it. Every such report is a document of complicity dressed as documentation.
The United States of America has provided the criminal state with over $22.8 billion in military funding to sustain the curent wave of the Palestinian Genocide, including the missiles used in the terrorist attacks that murdered the Abu Mua'iliq family. It has exercised its Security Council veto to shield every mechanism of Genocide accountability. The permanent members who abstained, China and Russia, bear their own historical accountability for standing silent while genocide was laundered through the UN system as peace.
The United Nations hasn’t failed the Palestinian people; rather, it has been used by the Christian Zionist movement and its armed forces in occupied Palestine operating as the "State of Israel," as a tool to advance what they see as biblical prophecy and the extermination of the Palestinian race.
International Legal Frameworks
Under Article 6 of the Rome Statute, genocide constitutes acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.
The repeated, unannounced targeting of civilian residential zones resulting in the destruction of entire multi-generational bloodlines (e.g., three generations of the Abu Mua'iliq family) meets the threshold under Article 6(a) (Killing members of the group) and Article 6(c) (Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part).
With over 130 fatalities documented within the tribe of Abimelech, the demographic impact demonstrates its systematic destruction.
Article 7 governs acts committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack.
The killing of non-combatants inside their homes during coordinated aerial bombardments across Deir al-Balah, Gaza City, and Khan Younis (Quds Net documentation) reflects a continuous operational policy of the Nazi-Zionist entity's genocide on the indigenous population.
The severe mental and physical trauma inflicted upon surviving family members who face repeated multi-generational losses.
Article 8, War Crimes
Article 8 regulates grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949 and customary International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
Rome Statute Provision | Legal Definition | Application to Case Record |
Art. 8(2)(a)(i) | Willful Killing | Targeting a private home resulting in the deaths of non-combatants aged 68 and 59. |
Art. 8(2)(b)(i) | Attacking Civilian Objects | Directing attacks against non-military, private residential property in Al-Mashaa'la. |
Art. 8(2)(b)(iv) | Disproportionality | Launching strikes knowing the incidental civilian injury or loss of life outweighs military necessity. |
Condolences
We extend our deepest condolences to the surviving children of Sheikh Kamal and Huda, to the extended Abu Mua'iliq family, and to every household in Gaza mourning on this day.
We affirm that the roots of Abimelech are not severed. They cannot be severed.
We demand that the International Criminal Court exercise its jurisdiction over the murder of Sheikh Kamal Nabhan Hamad Abu Mua'iliq, his wife Huda, his children, and the more than 130 members of our tribe murdered before them, and that it pursue accountability for every individual, military commander, and corporate officer whose actions contributed to their deaths.
"And do not think of those who are killed in the way of God as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision."
May God grant mercy and the highest stations in paradise to Sheikh Kamal, to Huda, their children, and to all the martyrs of our tribe.
